Ok. Let's be honest. These gluten free croissants are a work in progress but it's a darn wonderful piece in the making! The flavor profile and flakiness just hits right especially when it's hot out of the oven. You can see all the layers and the amount of time and dedicated we have spent in making every. single. croissant.

These beauties take about two days to make, any preorders have a minimum so we bake hese every Friday for our gf pals to try!
